CSG transfers key propellant technology to MESKO, strengthening Poland's ammunition production

CSG, through one of its subsidiaries, has successfully completed the transfer of knowledge and technology relating to the production of propellant to MESKO S.A., a company forming part of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ). This marks another tangible outcome of technological cooperation between CSG Group and PGZ, through which the Polish defence industry has gained a new capability. The project that has just been completed is of significant importance from the perspective of national security and securing ammunition supplies for the Polish Armed Forces, as the propellant will be used in the production of modular propellant charges for 155 mm artillery ammunition.

MESKO inaugurates the WNL building in Pionki. A key stage of “Project 400” and a new impulse for large-caliber ammunition production

The commissioning of the new WNL building at the MESKO S.A. production plant in Pionki is one of the most important milestones in the implementation of “Project 400” – a strategic investment strengthening the country's capacity to produce ammunition and high-energy components. The project significantly expands the capabilities of the company, a member of the PGZ, in the field of tank and artillery ammunition, including 120 and 155 mm calibers and also establishes new competencies in the assembly of modular charges.

Construction of a 155 mm ammunition factory has begun at the MESKO S.A. production plant in Kraśnik

The construction and development of the production infrastructure for the production of key 155 mm artillery ammunition has begun on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, with the laying of a time capsule at the MESKO S.A. production plant in Kraśnik. This is another strategic investment and contribution by the PGZ to strengthening the security of the Republic of Poland.
