On 28th July 2021, there was MESKO Ordinary General meeting. General Meeting of shareholders approved the financial statement for the year 2020 and officially the term of new Board of Directors started. Our new Board of Directors is in the following composition: 
Pani Elżbieta Śreniawska– President of the Board,
Pan  dr inż. Przemysław Kowalczuk– Member of the Management Board for Development,
Pan Marcin Ożóg– Member of the Management Board


Elżbieta Śreniawska- A graduate of the Faculty of Industry in the field of economics and organization of production at the University of Economics in Katowice, a long-term academic lecturer in the field of financial and management accounting, economic analysis, transport economics as well as organization and management.
For many years she worked in commercial companies at the position of: chief accountant, economic director, mainly handling work organization and supervision over the financial and economic division. She prepared and implemented restructuring programs, business plans for companies and other entities.
For the last 14 years she worked at MPK sp. z o.o. in Kielce, from March 2009 until now as the President of the Management Board and Managing Director.


dr inż. Przemysław Kowalczuk- Experienced manager, graduate of the Military University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Technology.
He completed Executive MBA studies at the Warsaw Management University/ Apsley Business School of London.
Since 2016, he has been the President of the Management Board of Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A., transforming the company's profile from a repair facility to a modern enterprise developing rocket technology. Earlier, from 2012, he worked in PIT-RADWAR, including as Deputy Director of the Anti-Aircraft Defense Systems Bureau, co-creating the "Shield of Poland" programme. In the years 2002 - 2012, academic lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.


Marcin Ożóg- Employees’ representative on MESKO Board of Directors. He has been MESKO employee since 1999. Lately he has held the position of Deputy Director of Small and Medium Caliber Ammunition Division, earlier he was Marketing Manager and Manager in Company Strategy Department.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the Faculty of Chemical Technology at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Moreover, he is a graduate of the School of Management and Banking in Cracow from the Faculty of the Psychology of Impact and Persuasive Communication in Business and Leadership. He has passed the state examination for members of supervisory boards in State-Owned Companies.
He has extensive experience in the field of Management and in managing projects.
